Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pixelora Inc website and any services provided by Pixelora Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Service Scope and Limitations

Pixelora Inc provides software development, website building, and information consulting services to business clients. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written agreement (scope of work, proposal, or contract) executed between the parties prior to commencement of work. Services not included in that written scope are not covered and may be subject to separate quotation.

We reserve the right to decline any project inquiry at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Pixelora Inc agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the agreed services
  • Review and respond to project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure they hold all necessary rights to content, materials, or third-party assets provided to us
  • Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms or tools used as part of the project (e.g., Shopify, hosting providers)

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, intellectual property rights to custom work product created specifically for the client will transfer to the client as specified in the written project agreement. Pixelora Inc retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in the delivery of services. We also retain the right to reference the general nature of completed work in our portfolio or business descriptions, without disclosing confidential client information.

6. Project, Invoice, and Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the written project agreement for each engagement. Invoices are issued according to milestones or schedule agreed upon in writing. 7. Refunds and Cancellations

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, unless otherwise specified in a written project agreement. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
